Indian and Thai Marinaded Chicken Satay

1:1 Ration of Coconut Milk and Chicken Broth
Shallot, Galric, Fresh Ginger, Lime Zest,
A Little Sweet (Honey or Brown Sugar)
A Little Salt (Soy or plain old salt)

Let the chicken absorbe the love for a couple of hours...
Get it on the grill and baste!
